Introduction

MarketRock allows you to connect your TikTok account in just a few simple steps, managing orders and synchronization from a single interface.
In this article, I'll guide you step by step through the configuration process, following this outline:

Connect your TikTok account from Seller Central

To begin, you’ll first need to authorize the integration directly from TikTok Seller Center.

Here’s how to do it:

  1. Log in to TikTok Seller Center with your seller account.

  2. From the side menu, click on "Growth".

  3. Go to the "AppStore" section.

  4. Search for MarketRock and click Connect.

  5. Complete the authorization process to allow the connection between TikTok and MarketRock.

Once connected, you will be automatically redirected to MarketRock to finish the setup.

Configure the settings in MarketRock

Now that your TikTok account is connected, access MarketRock to enable all the necessary features.

Follow these steps:

  1. Log into your MarketRock account.

  2. From the top menu, click on Settings.

  3. Within Settings, click again on Settings in the submenu.

  4. Click on the "TikTok" section.

  5. Select the TikTok account you just connected.

A new window will open, allowing you to manage various options directly.

Enable logistics and synchronization features

In this section, you can activate the logistics and synchronization features for your TikTok channel.

Logistics

To manage TikTok orders from MarketRock, enable the key concept order download.

Synchronization

In the lower part of the window, you’ll find the key concept synchronization options that allow you to automatically keep updated:

  • offers

  • prices

  • stock levels

Simply enable the desired options and then click the Button Save to complete the configuration.
