      Introduction

      In this article, you will discover all the configurations related to your IBS account according to the following outline:

      Connect Your IBS Account

      To connect your IBS account to MarketRock, follow these steps:

      1. Go to MarketRock > Settings > IBS Settings > IBS Users > + "New Subscription".

      2. Enter the following details:

        • Username
        • Store ID (retrievable directly from IBS Seller Center by going to "My Account" > "Settings." It is the number next to "Identifier").
        • API Key (retrievable directly from IBS – see attached guide for instructions).
        • Default Logistics Class: Select the default logistics class for this account.
        • Shipping Handling Time
        • Enable Stock Synchronization: Check to start synchronizing.
        • Sandbox User: For those with test accounts on IBS.

      3. Click on OK to save the account.

      Modify the User

      To modify account information:

      1. Click on the gear icon (Edit).
      2. Update the necessary details.

      Delete the Subscription

      To delete a subscription:

      1. Click on the X icon.
