Introduction

In this article, you will discover all the configurations related to your ePrice account according to the following outline:

• Connect your ePrice user

Connect your ePrice user

Log in to your reserved area on ePrice.

In the control panel, retrieve the API code and store code.

Steps in MarketRock:

1. Go to MarketRock > Settings > ePrice Settings > ePrice Users.
2. Select: New Subscription.
3. In the new user entry form, input the following:
   • Store Name
   • API Code
     (Generated by clicking on your ePrice back office, top-right click on your email > My User Settings > API Key > Generate).
   • Store ID
     (From your ePrice back office, click on My Account > Settings > at the top next to "My Store Account," you will find the identifier).
   • Logistics Class
   • Package Creation Time
   • Enable Stock Synchronization
   • Automatically Confirm Orders
     (If checked, orders will be automatically confirmed and downloaded by MarketRock. If unchecked, confirmation will need to be done manually on ePrice).
   • Sandbox

Logistics Class: Refers to the shipping type on ePrice. The logistics classes are:

• By Weight
• Non-Standard
• Ultra-Light
• Express
• Light
• Free

If no logistics class is entered, MarketRock will default to the "By Weight" option.

Click on: OK

A notification will appear at the bottom of the screen.

How to Modify a Subscription

Steps:

1. Go to MarketRock > Settings > ePrice Settings > ePrice Users.
2. Click on the user > Modify Subscription (gear icon).
3. Proceed to modify the fields.
4. Click on: OK

A notification will appear at the bottom of the screen.

How to Delete a Subscription

Steps:

1. Go to MarketRock > Settings > ePrice Settings > ePrice Users.
2. Click on the user > Delete Subscription.
3. Click on: OK

A notification will appear at the bottom of the screen.
