External User Permissions for the Team
Available for Hub Logistics Medium (or higher) or Hub Inventory Midsized (or higher) licenses. MarketRock provides user management for a Team.
This feature allows you to delegate access to your MarketRock account while limiting it to specific sections as desired.
You can access this by navigating to Account > MarketRock Profile > Team, where you’ll find the section to add users.
From this screen, you can:
- Enable or disable user access.
- Enable view-only access or also grant write access for Products.
- Enable view-only access or also grant write access for Shipments.
- Enable view-only access or also grant write access for Orders.
- Enable or disable access to Customer personal data.
