I Can’t Access MarketRock

If you’re unable to access MarketRock, it could be because your account has been locked.

Possible reasons why you can’t log in to MarketRock include:

  • You entered an incorrect password more than three times: the account is temporarily disabled until an unlock request is made.
  • Your account has been blocked because you missed a monthly payment for MarketRock.
  • Certain programs, like ad blockers, firewalls, or antivirus software, might interfere with access to MarketRock.
  • Ensure that the date and time on your computer are set correctly.

To unlock your account, you need to contact technical support or, in the case of missed payments, your assigned sales representative. If you’ve forgotten your password, you can use the password recovery link.

A Team Member Can’t Access Shipments

To access Shipments, the user must have access to Products, as the interface requires Product information (such as weight, etc.) to prepare shipments. If the user doesn’t have this privilege, the interface cannot load properly.

To resolve this, provide the user with read-only access to Products.
