The most common questions about Products among users
I can’t search for an SKU using the filter
- Check that there are no spaces before or after the SKU.
- Verify that the product is actually present on MarketRock.
- Make sure there are no spaces before or after the SKU.
What happens if I delete a product from MarketRock?
When a product is deleted on MarketRock:
- If there are one or more listings for that product on eBay, the listings will be closed if they are synchronized with MarketRock.
- On Amazon, the product quantity will be set to 0, but it will still appear on Seller Central. To permanently delete it, select the product from Seller Central and click on “delete the product and the listing.”
- On ePrice, the listing for that product (if created by MarketRock) will be removed.
I’m concerned that the products I have on MarketRock aren’t aligned with the products I have listed online. How can I align them all?
To realign the quantities and prices of online listings, follow this procedure:
- Click on Settings > price lists > increase/decrease price (star icon).
- Use the same price list as both the source and destination.
- In the second popup, check the box for “modify prices.”
- Increase all prices in the list by one cent.
- Repeat the same process, decreasing all prices in the list by one cent.
By doing this, MarketRock will send updated prices and quantities to all listings distributed online and synchronized.
If I use the "Synchronization" tab on the product page and disable Synchronization on Amazon, what happens to the quantity of the product on Amazon?
The quantity is set to 0 for this reason: if the product was not yet linked on Amazon, MarketRock will not send it because it is excluded.
However, if the product was already linked to Amazon, MarketRock interprets this as a desire to remove the product, so it sets the quantity to 0, allowing you the option to remove the exclusion in the future and resend the quantities.
