Why a tracking code doesn’t work on Amazon
If a tracking code doesn’t work on Amazon after a certain amount of time (over 1 hour), check to ensure:

  • The token is valid
  • The carrier's name is entered correctly

Error: "Unable to connect to printers. Make sure QzTray is installed and MarketRock is enabled."
If you encounter this error, the first thing you should do is restart your computer and try using a different browser.

If the error persists, examine the data on QzTray by following these steps:

  1. In the QZ Tray icon near the clock at the bottom right, right-click
  2. Go to: advanced > site manager
  3. In the window that opens, there’s a “Blocked” tab
  4. If MarketRock appears in there, select it and click either "-" or press DELETE on your keyboard.

Alternatively, follow these steps:

  • Log into MarketRock with Chrome
  • Once logged in, press F12 to open Chrome's Developer Tools
  • Leave Developer Tools open
  • Return to MarketRock and perform the necessary operations until the error message appears
  • When the error message appears, go back to the Developer Tools window
  • Navigate to the “Network” tab
  • Click the button that looks like a downward arrow (Export HAR)

This will generate a file that you should send to us to help identify the cause of the error.


Why is the customer’s shipping address incorrect?
This can happen if the customer changes their details before finalizing the order. In such cases, this information will not be received by MarketRock.

MarketRock updates the following information transmitted by eBay after the order has already been downloaded:

  • Payment status (paid yes/no)
  • Shipping status (shipped yes/no)
  • Order notes
  • Shipping method
  • Shipping cost

However, the shipping address is not updated. Therefore, if the checkout was not completed by the customer at the time the order was downloaded, MarketRock will import the order with a different shipping address.


This mode does not meet delivery agreements
Go to Seller Central, Orders > Order Reports, Add or Remove Columns in Order Reports.

Check all boxes, especially Shipping Dates.

This is necessary to request Amazon precisely which shipping services are available to be able to deliver on that date.
