Introduction
In this article, I will explain how the integration between MarketRock and Fattureincloud.it works.
Since Fattureincloud.it is a Billing Provider for MarketRock, the integration takes place in the following terms:
- Orders available on MarketRock can be sent to Fattureincloud.it as:
- Receipts
- Invoices
- Transport documents
- The invoices issued on Fattureincloud.it are transferred to MarketRock so they can be sent to the distribution channel that generated the order (e.g., Amazon).

Connecting the Fattureincloud.it Account to MarketRock
Connecting the Fattureincloud.it and MarketRock accounts is very simple.
- Make sure you're logged into both services: Fattureincloud.it and MarketRock.
- On MarketRock, go to Settings > Tax Center, then click the button Connect Fattureincloud account.
That's it.
Configuration of the Connection Between Fattureincloud.it and MarketRock
After linking the accounts, you need to complete the configuration in order to use Fattureincloud.it with MarketRock.
- Go to Settings > Tax Center, then click the Manage button next to the Fattureincloud.it logo.
The options presented are as follows:

Company
This refers to the company you manage with Fattureincloud.it. -
Balance Account
This is the account that will be updated in Fattureincloud.it by the transactions you create from MarketRock.
Attention: If you haven't created a Balance Account on Fattureincloud.it, you cannot complete the configuration, and the document issuance will fail.
Go to your Fattureincloud.it account and create a Balance Account to configure MarketRock. -
Default Tax Class
This option allows you to set the correct VAT rate for issuing invoices. Read this article for more details about Tax Classes and how they are handled by MarketRock. -
Enable Receipt Registration
By selecting this option, you can choose whether the receipts will be of the "receipt" or "invoice" type. -
Enable Document Issuance
By selecting this option, you can choose whether the documents issued will be "receipts," "invoices," or "transport documents." For all these cases, you will also indicate if the document issuance will also trigger warehouse movement.
Issuance of Documents
Issuing a document in Fattureincloud.it starts from MarketRock.
- Click on Orders, then select the order (or orders) for which you want to issue a document.
- When hovering over the Tax icon, the following options will appear:
- Receipts
- Invoices
- Transport documents
- Click on the desired action.
Operating Architecture of the Integration with Fattureincloud.it
There isn't a single "traffic light" system for this integration, as it can be customized based on the business needs. However, the key aspects include the automatic flow of information between MarketRock and Fattureincloud.it, ensuring synchronization between order data, documents, and warehouse stock.
