Orders Invoiced by Amazon on MarketRock

Introduction
If you want to allow MarketRock to receive the correct information about orders invoiced by Amazon, you need to configure some options on Amazon Seller Central. Below you will find a simple guide on how to do this:



Access Seller Central
First of all, go to Amazon Seller Central and log in with your account.


Go to the "Orders" Section

From the main menu of Seller Central, click on "Orders" and select "Order Reports".


Configure the Order Report
In order for MarketRock to receive all the necessary information, you will need to update the columns of the order report.

  • Click on "Add or Remove Order Report Columns"
  • Verify that the "VAT Details" column is selected. This field is essential to know if the order is invoiced by Amazon.
  • Check all the available items on that page to make sure you include all the information required by MarketRock.

Save Changes
Once the correct columns are selected, click on "Save" to confirm the changes.

After updating and saving the order report, MarketRock will start receiving all the necessary information to determine if an order is invoiced by Amazon.
