Shipment Tracking – Track&Trace
Available for all licenses
Table of contents
Introduction
With the new Track&Trace, you can follow your shipments in real time directly inside MarketRock, without needing to access the couriers’ portals.
Shipments created with BRT, Poste Delivery Business, GLS, and DHL Express are automatically tracked throughout the day.
We’ll soon extend this feature to all carriers available in the system.
How the new Track&Trace works
After you’ve created a shipment and it’s been shipped, its status automatically updates based on the information received from the carrier.
You don’t need to do anything — the system constantly updates the tracking and shows you the current status of the shipment at a glance on the “Shipment” page.
Shipment statuses and their meaning
Each shipment can have one of the following statuses:
-
In transit (blue): the shipment is on its way.
-
Out for delivery (yellow): the shipment is about to be delivered.
-
Delivery missed (orange): the courier wasn’t able to deliver the package.
-
Exception (red): a blocking issue occurred and the shipment is on hold.
-
Delivered (green): the shipment has been successfully delivered.
Status details
By clicking on the status label on the “Shipment” page, a popup opens with the full list of status updates.
This feature is especially useful when a shipment is in exception status, so you can immediately understand the reason for the issue.
Filtering by shipment status
In the “Filters” section, you can filter shipments based on their status.
This allows you to view, for example, only shipments that are out for delivery or only those that are delivered, without having to look for them one by one.

Only via API is it possible to create shipments to PUDO (Pick-Up & Drop-Off) for Poste Delivery Business.
